Membership and accounts
Users must provide accurate, complete, up-to-date information and protect their login credentials. False or misleading information may result in account or activity restrictions.
Company accounts
Companies may have independent organizational panels and assign member access. The company manager or authorized representative is responsible for managing organizational access.
Publishing ads
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of goods, services, images, technical specifications, prices and other published information. Incomplete, false, misleading or unauthorized third-party information is prohibited.
Prohibited goods and activities
Goods, services or materials prohibited by national law or lacking necessary licences may not be listed or supplied.
Purchase requests (RFQ)
Users may submit purchase or quotation requests and suppliers may respond. A request alone creates no definitive obligation to buy or sell.
Responsibility for transactions
Roysa Kala is a communications platform facilitating business processes. The parties to a transaction remain responsible for quality, authenticity, price, payment, transport, taxes, licences and other transaction obligations.
